Singapore exports grew in February after declining sharply in the previous three months, figures from Enterprise Singapore showed on Monday.

Non-oil domestic exports, or NODX, rose 4.9 percent year-on-year in February, after a 10.1 percent slump in January.

Non-electronic NODX grew further by 9.4 percent in February, while electronic NODX declined by 8.0 percent.

Exports to the top 10 markets grew in February, except those to Japan, South Korea, the EU 28 and Indonesia. The annual growth was led by China, Hong Kong and the US.

On a monthly basis, NODX accelerated to 16.0 percent in February, reversing a 5.7 percent rise in the previous month.

Data also showed that, non-oil reexports , or NORX, moved up 7.2 percent annually in February, after a 12.1 percent rise in the previous month.
