The US dollar showed weakness against the Israeli shekel during early deals on Tuesday. At 12:40 am ET, the dollar-shekel pair declined to 3.8350 compared to Monday's closing value of 3.8383. This set the lowest point for the pair since November 26, 2008. If the pair drops further, 3.764 is seen as the next target level.
