The Reserve Bank of Australia will on Tuesday release the minutes from its March 5 monetary policy meeting, highlighting a modest day for Asia-Pacific economic activity.

At the meeting, the board voted to maintain the cash rate at the record low of 1.50 percent. The interest rate has remained at the current level since August 2016.

Australia also will see Q4 figures for house prices, which are tipped to fall 2.0 percent on quarter and 5.0 percent on year after slipping 1.5 percent on quarter and 1.9 percent on year in Q3.

Hong Kong will provide unemployment data for February, with the jobless rate expected to hold steady at 2.8 percent.
