At 5.00 am ET Friday, Eurostat has published euro area inflation and unemployment figures. Following the data, the euro changed little against its major rivals.
The euro was trading at 1.1669 against the greenback, 0.8968 against the pound, 1.1294 against the franc and 129.24 against the yen around 5:03 am ET.
