Construction Purchasing Managers' survey results are due from the UK, headlining a light day for the European economic news.
At 3.15 am ET, the Federal Statistical Office publishes Swiss consumer prices for August. Inflation is expected to remain unchanged at 1.2 percent.
At 4.30 am ET, the UK Markit/CIPS construction Purchasing Managers' survey data is due. The index is forecast to drop to 54.9 in August from 55.8 in July.
At 5.00 am ET, Eurostat releases euro area producer prices for July. Producer price inflation is seen rising to 3.9 percent in July from 3.6 percent in June.
Later today, Bank of England Governor Mark Carney, Chief Economist Andy Haldane and Monetary Policy Committee member Silvana Tenreyro are set to speak on Inflation Report.
