Following the release of the account of the monetary policy meeting of the European Central Bank held on September 12-13 at 7:30 am ET Thursday, the euro changed little against its major rivals.
The euro was trading at 129.92 against the yen, 1.1432 against the franc, 0.8753 against the pound and 1.1574 against the greenback around 7:31 am ET.
