The U.S. dollar moved up against its European major opponents during the early European session on Tuesday.
Reversing from its early lows of 1.1290 against the euro and 1.2885 against the pound, the greenback hit a 3-month high of 1.1258 and a new 3-week high of 1.2833, respectively.
The greenback reversed from an early low of 1.0036 against the franc, rising to 1.0073.
On the upside, the greenback is likely to find resistance around 1.11 against the euro, 1.26 against the pound and 1.02 against the franc.
