Following the release of the European Central Bank's accounts of the monetary policy meeting of the Governing Council held on April 9 and 10 at 7.30 am ET Thursday, the euro dropped against its major rivals.
The euro was trading at 122.64 against the yen, 1.1231 against the franc, 0.8808 against the pound and 1.1137 against the greenback around 7:31 am ET.
