After the release of U.S. consumer prices for May at 8:30 am ET Wednesday, the greenback fell against its major counterparts.
The greenback was trading at 1.1335 against the euro, 1.2755 against the pound, 108.35 against the yen and 0.9935 against the franc around 8:33 am ET.
