The U.S. import and export prices for May and weekly jobless claims for the week ended June 8 are due at 8.30 am ET Thursday. Ahead of these data, the greenback traded mixed against its major rivals. While the currency declined against the franc and the pound, it held steady against the euro and the yen.
The greenback was worth 108.43 against the yen, 0.9925 against the franc, 1.1288 against the euro and 1.2702 against the pound as of 8:25 am ET.
