At 4:30 am ET Wednesday, the U.K. industrial production, trade and GDP data for May will be released.
Ahead of these data, the pound traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the pound rose against the greenback and the yen, it was steady against the franc and the euro.
The pound was worth 135.85 against the yen, 1.2365 against the franc, 0.9001 against the euro and 1.2473 against the greenback as of 4:25 am ET.
