At 7.30 am ET Thursday, the European Central Bank is slated to publish the accounts of the monetary policy meeting of the Governing Council held on July 24 and 25.
Ahead of the release, the euro slipped against its major rivals.
The euro was worth 117.92 against the yen, 1.0885 against the franc, 0.9098 against the pound and 1.1074 against the greenback as of 7:25 am ET.
