The U.S. durable goods orders for July are scheduled for release at 8:30 am ET Monday. Ahead of the data, the greenback traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the greenback held steady against the yen, it rose against the rest of major rivals.
The greenback was worth 105.89 against the yen, 0.9791 against the franc, 1.2235 against the pound and 1.1114 against the euro as of 8:25 am ET.
