After the release of German ZEW economic confidence survey results at 5.00 am ET Tuesday, the euro changed little against its major counterparts.
The euro was trading at 119.12 against the yen, 1.0947 against the franc, 1.1014 against the greenback and 0.8878 against the pound around 5:03 am ET.
