Following the release of Canada jobs data for September at 8:30 am ET Friday, the loonie advanced against its major counterparts.
The loonie was trading at 1.3237 against the greenback, 82.02 against the yen, 1.4611 against the euro and 0.8987 against the aussie around 8:33 am ET.
