As expected, the Swiss National Bank kept its policy rate unchanged at -0.75 percent. The franc changed little against its major counterparts after the decision.
The franc was trading at 112.21 against the yen, 1.0563 against the euro, 1.1219 against the pound and 0.9712 against the greenback around 4:31 am ET.
