At 8:15 am ET Wednesday, Canada housing starts for March have been released. After the data, the loonie changed little against its major counterparts.
The loonie was trading at 77.69 against the yen, 0.8658 against the aussie, 1.5231 against the euro and 1.4013 against the greenback around 8:18 am ET.
Canada building permits for February are due at 8:30 am ET.
