At 8.00 am ET Thursday, Destatis has released Germany's preliminary inflation data for May. Following the data, the euro changed little against its major opponents.
The euro was trading at 118.61 against the yen, 1.1011 against the greenback, 0.8982 against the pound and 1.080 against the franc around 8:03 am ET.
