At 5.00 am ET Friday, Eurostat has published euro area flash consumer price data for May.
The euro changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The euro was trading at 1.1115 against the greenback, 0.9040 against the pound, 119.19 against the yen and 1.0690 against the franc around 5:03 am ET.
