Eurozone flash PMI results have been released at 4:00 am ET Tuesday. The euro changed little against its major rivals after the data. The euro was trading at 121.04 against the yen, 1.1304 against the greenback, 0.9044 against the pound and 1.0674 against the franc around 4:05 am ET.
