At 5.00 am ET Friday, Eurostat has published euro area flash GDP estimate for the second quarter. The euro changed little against its major rivals after the data.
The euro was trading at 1.1810 against the greenback, 1.0756 against the franc, 0.9032 against the pound and 126.05 against the yen around 5:05 am ET.
