The Bank of England has published mortgage approvals data for July at 4:30 am ET Tuesday. The pound changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The pound was trading at 151.30 against the yen, 1.3775 against the greenback, 0.8586 against the euro and 1.2597 against the franc around 4:35 am ET.
