At 5.00 am ET Wednesday, Eurostat has published euro area industrial production data for August. After the data, the euro changed little against its major rivals. The euro was trading at 1.1555 against the greenback, 131.21 against the yen, 0.8482 against the pound and 1.0730 against the franc around 5:02 am ET.
