At 4.00 am ET Wednesday, Germany's ifo Institute has released business sentiment data. The euro changed little against its major rivals after the data.
The euro was trading at 129.16 against the yen, 1.1221 against the greenback, 0.8399 against the pound and 1.0494 against the franc around 4:05 am ET.
