In November 2025, wages in Poland's corporate sector increased by 7.1% year-over-year, reaching PLN 9,078.16. This rate of growth marked an acceleration from the previous month's four-year low of 6.6% and exceeded market forecasts of a 6.2% rise. Month-on-month, the average gross salary saw a 2.4% increase, primarily due to elevated additional payments, which included awards, bonuses, and seasonal payouts such as those given for annual performance, Christmas, and Miner's Day. Since the beginning of the year, corporate sector wages have risen by 7.9%.
