Construction output in the Eurozone experienced a 0.5% increase year-over-year in October 2025, marking a turnaround from the 0.3% decrease observed in the preceding month. Additionally, the decline in building activity moderated, with losses reducing from -4.1% to -2.6%. Among the major economies, Germany and the Netherlands witnessed a rebound in output, with Germany climbing from -2.9% to 0.4% and the Netherlands from -0.2% to 2.0%. Meanwhile, the declines in France and Spain showed signs of easing, with France improving from -1.9% to -1.3% and Spain from -4.8% to -3.6%.
