The euro is trading at 1.1654, below the 21-day simple moving average (SMA) and the Murray 7/8 level, and is likely to continue falling in the coming days until it reaches the Murray 6/8 level, located at 1.1586.

The outlook for the euro remains negative for the coming days. The EUR/USD price could remain below 1.1596. If it continues to fall, it is expected to reach the 200-day exponential moving average (EMA) around 1.1555.

On the H4 chart, the instrument is forming a bearish channel from the high of 1.17. If a technical bounce occurs, EUR/USD is likely to face strong resistance at the upper band of the bearish channel, at 1.1665.

Within this bearish channel, the currency pair is expected to continue falling in the coming days until it reaches the Murray 5/8 level. Therefore, we will sell the euro in the coming days as long as it trades below the bearish channel.
