At 3:00 am ET Tuesday, German GfK consumer sentiment index for April is due. Ahead of the data, the euro traded mixed against its major counterparts. While the euro dropped against the yen and the greenback, it held steady against the pound. Against the franc, it rose.
The euro was worth 124.56 against the yen, 0.8573 against the pound, 1.1230 against the franc and 1.1309 against the greenback as of 2:55 am ET.
