During early European deals on Tuesday, the Swiss franc spiked higher against its major counterparts. At about 6:05 am ET, the franc reached a new multi-year high of 1.6075 against the pound. At the same time, the franc traded at a 4-day high of 82.85 against the yen and 1.0871 against the dollar. Against the euro, the franc is currently worth 1.5220.
