A European Central Bank policymaker said there is still skepticism about future US measures including tax reform and trade that are worrying.
ECB official Ewald Nowotny, who is Austria's central bank head as well, said Tuesday one of the interlocutors in America told them President Donald Trump and his group did not expect to clinch victory in last year's elections.
He said Trump's campaign team has prepared election undertakings but are not ready for how to move forward, meaning the world's largest economy could wobble around without any guidance for a time being.
