Japan will on Monday release February figures for producer prices, highlighting a light day for Asia-Pacific economic activity. Producer prices were up 0.5 percent on year in January.

China will see February numbers for industrial profits; in January, profits advanced 2.3 percent on year.

Hong Kong will provide February data for imports, exports and trade balance. In January, imports were worth 308.64 billion HKD, while exports were at 296.29 billion HKD for a trade deficit of 12.34 billion HKD.
