Following the release of German retail sales data for September at 3.00 am ET Monday, the euro changed little against its major rivals. The euro was trading at 1.1614 against the greenback, 132.03 against the yen, 0.8840 against the pound and 1.1594 against the franc around 3:04 am ET.
