Following the release of U.K. Halifax house price index for October at 3:30 am ET Tuesday, the pound changed little against its major rivals.
The pound was worth 1.3152 against the greenback, 150.16 against the yen, 0.8807 against the euro and 1.3165 against the franc around 3:31 am ET.
