Following the release of German flash PMI data at 3:30 am ET Wednesday, the euro changed little against its major rivals.
The euro was trading at 1.2317 against the greenback, 132.59 against the yen, 1.1541 against the franc and 0.8821 against the pound around 3:32 am ET.
