Business sentiment from Germany is due on Wednesday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.

At 3.00 am ET, Spain's INE is set to release producer prices for June. Prices had advanced 2.9 percent on year in May.

Half an hour later, Statistics Sweden issues June producer price figures.

At 4.00 am ET, Germany's Ifo business confidence survey results are due. The business climate index is seen falling to 101.5 in July from 101.8 in June.

In the meantime, the European Central Bank releases M3 money supply data. Economists forecast M3 growth to remain stable at 4 percent in June.

At 4.30 am ET, UK mortgage approvals data is due from UK Finance. The number of mortgage approvals is seen at 39,000 in June compared to 39,244 a month ago.

At 6.00 am ET, the Confederation of British Industry publishes Distributive Trades survey data. The retail sales balance is seen at 15 percent in July.
