The Brazilian Supreme Court (STF) Justice Dias Toffoli temporarily suspended Petrobras' defeat at the Higher Labor Court (TST) in a lawsuit that could cost at least R$ 15 billion to the company. The decision remains until the Petrobras appeal is judged in the STF.

In the lawsuit in which Petrobras was defeated, the Labor Court ruled that the company did not incorporate in the calculation of the Complement of the Minimum Remuneration by Level and Regime (RMNR) the nightly additional wage, as well as hazardous and special working compensations to employees.
