At 3:30 am ET Tuesday, U.K. Halifax house prices for July have been released. After the data, the pound changed little against its major rivals.
The pound was trading at 144.28 against the yen, 1.2903 against the franc, 0.8930 against the euro and 1.2959 against the greenback around 3:32 am ET.
