Following the release of German jobless rate for October at 4.55 am ET Tuesday, the euro changed little against its major counterparts.
The euro was trading at 128.31 against the yen, 1.1405 against the franc, 0.8901 against the pound and 1.1373 against the greenback around 5:03 am ET.
