The U.S. weekly jobless claims for the week ended August 17 have been released at 8:30 am ET Thursday. The greenback changed little against its major rivals after the data.
The greenback was trading at 106.57 against the yen, 0.9837 against the franc, 1.2157 against the pound and 1.1081 against the euro around 8:33 am ET.
