At 2.00 am ET Thursday, the Office for National Statistics has released UK GDP, industrial output and foreign trade figures. The pound changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The pound was trading at 1.3344 against the greenback, 139.41 against the yen, 1.1870 against the franc and 0.9059 against the euro around 2:02 am ET.
