The European Central Bank has published the account of the monetary policy meeting of the Governing Council held on September 8 and 9 at 7:30 am ET Thursday.
The euro changed little against its major rivals after the release.
The euro was trading at 1.1566 against the greenback, 128.76 against the yen, 0.8496 against the pound and 1.0707 against the franc around 7:35 am ET.
