Tuesday, a latest report by Statistics Denmark said the country's Gross Domestic Product fell a seasonally and price adjusted 0.4% sequentially in the third quarter. On December 1, the statistical agency announced that the GDP fell 0.5% in the third quarter. On an annual basis, the GDP slipped 1.2% in the third quarter.

Private consumption fell 0.2% in the third quarter compared to second quarter, while public consumption rose 0.7%. Exports of goods and services were down 1.1%. Gross fixed capital formation rose 2.7%.
