Covid-19 in the world: India came in second in the number of cases, edging out Brazil. In India, everything is tough. There are about 90k+ cases and a 1000+ deaths per day. This indicates a significant decrease in the lethality of the virus. In April, the death rate was about 4.5% of cases. The death rate 3 or 4 times less than what it was before.

In the US, the cases have been stable for several days and not higher than 40k+ cases. The maximum was 75k+ per day. There are 18k+ cases in Brazil, peaking at 60k+.

In Latin America, at the height of the epidemic, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia had 5k+ cases per day which exceeded the level of cases in Russia.

In Europe, Spain had a large second wave, going up to 9k+ cases per day which is 2 times higher than in Russia at the moment.
