Trump and Kim Jong Un (North Korea) signed the agreement.
On June 12, for the first time in history, the summit of the leaders of the United States and North Korea (North Korea) took place. Recall that formally, the United States and North Korea are at war (only a truce was signed after the war in Korea).

4. The United States and North Korea have undertaken to return the remains of prisoners of war, including the immediate repatriation of those already identified.
