On the weekly chart, the price is fixed above the indicator lines of the balance (red) and MACD (blue). The Marlin oscillator has moved into the growth zone and is rising further.

On the daily chart, a triangle has formed, from which the price intends to go up. The target growth levels are the Fibonacci levels: 314.0% and 338.2% at the corresponding price tags 147.94 and 149.44.

Sale of the Halliburton Company shares (#HAL). This multinational company is engaged in the development of technologies in the oil and gas industry and the production of hydrocarbons.

On the weekly chart, a divergence of the price with the Marlin oscillator was formed. The signal line of the oscillator is preparing to cross the border with the territory of the declining trend. The first target of the bears is the 38.2% Fibonacci level at the price of 16.90. The level roughly corresponds to the top of August 2020 (red check mark). The MACD indicator line also tends to this level.

The price on the daily chart is fixed under the MACD line and the balance line. The Marlin oscillator is still moving horizontally, but in the territory of negative values. This is a sign of a breakthrough downward movement.
