Analysis of wave counting:
As expected, yesterday's USD / CHF trades started with a downward movement, losing about 80 percentage points and reached 0.9735 in the afternoon. Thus, it seems that the currency pair has confirmed the transition to the stage of formation of the first generating waves in the composition of the future wave c, 2nd, C, whose calculated targets are located at the 0.9675 mark. At the same time, under the current conditions, the currency pair can resume the growth of quotations, in the process of forming the internal wave structure of the 3rd wave, in C.
The objectives for the variant with an upward wave:
0.9872 - 100.0% of Fibonacci
0.9950 - 127.2% of Fibonacci
The goals for the variant with a downward wave:
0.9677 - 38.2% of Fibonacci
0.9628 - 50.0% of Fibonacci
General conclusions and trading recommendations:
The wave counting is not entirely unambiguous. The decline of quotations may continue within the wave c, 2 in the composition of the future C with targets near the estimated levels of 0.9677 and 0.9628, which is equivalent to 38.2% and 50.0% of Fibonacci. After it is completed, it is expected to resume the increase in quotes within wave 3, from C upward trend with targets above 0.9850.
