Estonia's producer price index continued to fall in March, figures from Statistics Estonia showed Monday.

The producer price index declined 2.6 percent year-on-year in March, following 0.9 percent drop in February.

Within PPI, prices of electricity, gas and air conditioning supply plunged 20.3 percent and that of manufacturing slid 0.6 percent. At the same time, mining dipped 1.1 percent.

On a monthly basis, producer prices declined 0.9 percent in March, after a 0.4 percent decrease in February.

Data showed that the export price index dropped 0.7 from February and by 3.1 percent from the same period of last year. At the same time, import prices remained flat on month and dropped by 3.2 percent on a yearly basis in March.
