Finland's retail sales increased slightly in April, preliminary figures from Statistics Finland showed Wednesday.
The retail sales value edged up 0.2 percent year-over-year in April. Similarly, the price-adjusted volume of retail sales rose by 0.4 percent.
In daily consumer goods trade, sales climbed by 1.6 percent and the sales volume by 2.1 percent in April from a year ago.
The statistical office will publish final sales data on June 15.
