At 4.30 am ET Thursday, the Office for National Statistics has released UK GDP data. After the data, the pound changed little against its major rivals.
The pound was trading at 1.3879 against the greenback, 148.83 against the yen, 1.3020 against the franc and 0.8852 against the euro around 4:33 am ET.
