Brazil's current account recorded a surplus of US$ 435 million in June, 67.3% lower than the US$ 1.328 billion surplus recorded a year earlier, according to data released Thursday by the South American country's Central Bank.
In the first half of the year, the current account recorded a deficit of US$ 3.586 billion, from a R$ 584 million surplus in the same period of the previous year.
